Alabama’s Public Service Commission regulates Alabama’s Intra-State household moving. The commission publishes a common rate Tariff. This tariff outlines all services and charges and holds all movers within our state responsible for abiding by their set rates, procedures, and policies as set forth by the commission.

This means that if your move does not cross a state line but is greater than 30 miles (less than 30 miles is a Local Move) the move is considered an Intra-State move. All movers must, by law, use the same rates. This means that service is the only important factor in choosing a mover.

Inter-State Moving
Inter-State moves are moves across state lines. From state to state and across the country, we relocate your one item or entire household with the same integrity and quality as a local move.
